Sisters of the New South

Our Story

Discover how Sisters of the New South brings family recipes and homestyle Southern meals to every guest, every day.

Our Family Roots

Sisters of the New South was founded in 2009 by Kenneth and Vicky Brown at 2605 Skidaway Road, Savannah, GA. The restaurant is built on family recipes passed down for generations. Vicky’s sisters helped shape the concept, and her mother, Johnnie Mae Bing, guided the kitchen in the early days. These roots give every dish a true Southern heritage and a connection to home-cooked traditions.
